Santa Fe Soup

Santa Fe Soup is perfect on a cold Winter day snuggled up in a blanket. I used to stick all the ingredients in a crock pot when left for class in college and I'd come home to a fantastic dinner. It was one of my friends' favorites. Serve this soup topped with cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can original Rotel tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can yellow corn
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can light red kidney beans

Brown beef in a skillet. Drain. Stir in seasoning packets. Pour into a crock pot. Add tomatoes, beans, and corn. Add 1 cup of water. Stir to combine. Place crock pot on low heat and let cook for 6 hours.
