White Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

It's Fall! Well, not yet. But this weekend we had slightly cooler temperatures hinting that Fall is just around the corner. I love everything about fall: the leaves changing, football season, and all the yummy food! I decided to start celebrating fall early by making these delicious pumpkin muffins. I added a few white chocolate chips to the tops to make them cute and even tastier. The original recipe comes from Pick Your Own.

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of pumpkin
2 eggs
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup oil
White chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Add all the wet ingredients. Stir until combined. Grease a regular muffin tin. Fill each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
