Brownie Cheesecake Pie

This pie is what I like to call a "Cameron creation." Basically I was bored on my day off, went to Walmart, bought a bunch of items to bake with, and came up with this little treat. Plus it's pretty versatile. You can top it with strawberries or raspberries, chocolate, cool whip, ANYTHING! Just use your imagination.

Ingredients:
1 pie crust
1 brownie mix (this should be a mix that makes an 8X8 pan of brownies, not bigger) plus the stuff it takes to make the brownies
2 pkg cream cheese
1 can fat free condensed milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings: Cool whip, chocolate chips, strawberries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the pie crust in a 9" pie pan. Prepare the brownie batter. Pour the batter into the unbaked crust (this should fill about 1/2 of the pie). Bake for 10-20 minutes until the brownie part has risen and set in the middle (I had to put foil around the crust so that it wouldn't burn before the brownie part was done). Let it cool. While it is cooling beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in condensed milk until combined. Add extracts.  Pour into cooled pie crust. Cover with toppings. My favorite is topping it with Cool Whip and chocolate chips. Chill and enjoy!
