Corn Casserole

Yep. It's another comfort food. It's almost sweet enough to be a dessert. This is a family favorite recipe of the Stephenson's. Love it.

Ingredients:
2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can sweet corn, drained
8 oz sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Pour into a greased 13x9 in baking dish. Bake at 325 F for 20-30 minutes, until the edges are brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Yum, yum.
