Stromboli

This is such an easy, yummy dinner! Ben absolutely loves it. I got the recipe from Use Real Butter. Serve with a salad for a complete meal!

Ingredients:
1 pkg. pizza dough (I used Publix's found in the bakery section)
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8-10 slices of salami
10-20 slices of pepperoni
Any other pizza toppings
Sprinkle of oregano
Marinara sauce for dipping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flatten pizza dough into a 10 in X 16 in rectangle.  Sprinkle cheese evenly over surface. Lay salami and pepperoni over cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Roll the dough tightly and evenly towards you. Pinch the seam closed and place seam down on a baking sheet. Pinch the ends of the roll closed and tuck them under the roll. Rub a little olive oil on the outside of the roll. Cut 3-4 slits crosswise in the top of the roll down into the filling to let out steam. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the loaf is golden brown. Slice and serve!
