Sloppy Joe Casserole

So I found this recipe on pinterest. What's new. I love that site. I made a few modifications to the recipe though. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef. It is healthier and you can't taste the difference. I also put a little mustard in the sloppy joe mix to give it more flavor. Easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
1 pkg ground turkey (this usually comes in just over a pound of meat)
1 pkg sloppy joe mix
1 can tomato paste
1 Tbs mustard
Either 1 cup of cheddar cheese or 4 cheese slices
1 can reduced fat crescent rolls
Sesame seeds (optional, I didn't use)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown the meat in a medium skillet. Drain off excess fat. Add sloppy joe mix, tomato paste, and water according to the sloppy joe mix instructions. Mix well. Add mustard. Place 1/2 of the crescent rolls (unrolled) in the bottom of a greased 8X8 casserole dish. Pour meat mixture on top. Cover with cheese. Top with remaining crescent rolls. Bake for 25-30 or until meat is bubbly and crescent rolls are browned.
