Southwest Greek Yogurt Dip

This dip was my first experience in using Greek yogurt in a recipe.  And it was a success! I love Greek yogurt. It is a perfect substitution for so many high fat ingredients. I made this dip without the sausage and it was delicious, but I bet it is tasty with the sausage as well. I found the original recipe at Plain Chicken.

Ingredients:
3/4 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup plain Oikos Greek yogurt (I just used one of the individual plain yogurts)
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 can black beans, drained

1 tsp taco seasoning

Mix together all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos.
