Grilled Honey Lime Chicken Kabobs

We finally sucked it up and bought an electric grill/smoker. And I am so glad we did! I love grilled food. There are so many possibilities and you always end up with an easy, flavorful, dish. Tonight will be the second time I make these chicken kabobs in a week. They are that yummy. I also have a thing for anything that includes honey and lime. You can make these kabobs as spicy as you want by increasing the siracha sauce to your taste. And these kabobs are only 190 calories per serving! This recipe was adapted from Kitchen Meets Girl.

Ingredients:
3 Tbs soy sauce
3 Tbs honey
1-2 limes, juiced
1 tsp siracha sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs cilantro
Red pepper flakes to taste
4 chicken breasts (this will serve 4-5 people)

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Cut chicken into cubes and mix with the marinade. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge. The longer it rests, the better it will taste! Let chicken come to room temperature before grilling. Grill and serve with your favorite veggies and sides!
