Hey ya'll! Paula Deen lover here. She has some gosh darn good recipes. And this roast recipe is so easy! I love a meal that I can prep in the morning, leave, and come back to a delicious dinner. Plus cooking the roast in a crock pot guarantees a moist, tender piece of meat. Serve with mashed potatoes for a delicious dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients:
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 boneless beef chuck roast
Combine all ingredients except for the meat. Place roast in a crock pot. Pour mixture over roast. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
