Sausage Cheese Dip

It's tailgating time folks! There are not many times of year I love more than fall. I love the weather, the football, everything about it. Over the next couple of weeks, I'm going to try to put up some yummy recipes that are perfect for those game watching Saturdays. First up: this cheese dip. So easy, you really don't even need a recipe.


Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage
1 (2lb) block of Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Tortilla chips

Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off the excess fat. Chop cheese into smaller cubes. Combine sausage, cheese, and Rotel into a crock pot on the low heat setting. Stir occasionally until melted and well combined. Serve with chips.
